Heute m\u00f6chte ich den Schleier von dieser modernen Technologie anheben und Ihnen einen kurzen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Vorteile dieser Technologie gegen\u00fcber anderen Datenbanken geben.\n\n<p><!--more--><\/p><br \/>\n\nAls Comindware Tracker durch unserer Entwicklungsabteilung programmiert wurde, studierten wir in Detail die vorhandenen L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmwlab.com\/de\/bpm-workflow-software\/\">Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessverwaltung<\/a>. Es wurde schnell klar, dass das Hauptproblem aller L\u00f6sungen in deren mangelnder Flexibilit\u00e4t lag. Das Ver\u00e4ndern eines existierenden Prozesses oder auch einfach nur das Hinzuf\u00fcgen eines Feldes zu einem Formular dieses Prozesses konnte die Performance stark beeinflussen. Bei vielen L\u00f6sungen, die auf relationalen Datenbanken basieren, war das \u00c4ndern eines eingerichteten Workflow sogar v\u00f6llig unm\u00f6glich.\n\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"padding: 10px\"><em>\nTechnischer Hintergrund: In relationalen Datenbanken werden Objekte am effektivsten in separaten Tabellen gespeichert, in denen jede Zeile ein Objekt aufnimmt und jede Spalte zu einem Objektfeld geh\u00f6rt. Wenn dem Objekt ein neues Feld hinzugef\u00fcgt werden soll, dann muss allen existierenden Feldern ebenso ein Feld mit einem Standardwert hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Wenn mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t n\u00f6tig ist, k\u00f6nnen die relationalen Tabellen neu verkn\u00fcpft werden, so dass die Feldwerte in einer separaten Tabelle gespeichert werden. Das wiederum f\u00fchrt aber zu Performance-Problemen \u2013 Abfragen aus multiplen Tabellen sind langsamer als solche aus einer einzigen Tabelle.\n<\/em><\/p>\n&nbsp;\n\nFlexibilit\u00e4t und Performance waren die Schl\u00fcsselpunkte f\u00fcr die Auswahl einer Graphendatenbank als Storage f\u00fcr die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmwlab.com\/de\/platform\/technology\/\">ElasticData-Technologie<\/a>. Comindware nutzt eine spezielle Graphendatenbank. Im Grunde genommen haben wir bei Comindware unsere eigene, hocheffektive Graphendatenbank mit dem Namen ElasticData entwickelt, die Milliarden Datenbits verarbeiten kann.
