So k\u00f6nnen die Prozesse strategisch durchdacht, verbessert und optimiert werden.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-indent:10px;\">Doch weil beide Verfahren mit der Modellierung von Prozessen beginnen, kommt es immer wieder zur Verwechslung mit der Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessautomatisierung, also der Prozessausf\u00fchrung.
