Aber bedroht Automatisierungssoftware die leitende F\u00fchrung eines Teams tats\u00e4chlich?<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"position:absolute;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-indent:10px;\">Das strategische Management unterteilt T\u00e4tigkeiten in zwei Gruppen: wertschaffende und periphere Aktivit\u00e4ten. Die meisten Ressourcen sollten nat\u00fcrlich der Wertsch\u00f6pfung vorbehalten sein, um Produkte wertvoller zu machen. Im Gegensatz dazu gilt es, Randaktivit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr minimalen Ressourceneinsatz zu optimieren oder zu delegieren. Softwareentwickler und der Technische Support z\u00e4hlten zu den ersten Anwendern solcher <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmwlab.com\/de\/blog\/issue-tracking\/\">Systeme f\u00fcr die Vorgangsverfolgung<\/a>, die heute h\u00e4ufig webbasiert sind.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-indent:10px;\">Sie sollen das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Problem der Teamleiter l\u00f6sen: Sie m\u00fcssen stets den \u00dcberblick haben, wer was erledigt sowie aufgrund dieser Informationen weitere Aufgaben verteilen und den Projektfortschritt kontrollieren. Au\u00dferdem m\u00fcssen Sie machbare Arbeitspl\u00e4ne erstellen und die Erledigung von Aufgaben \u00fcberwachen.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-indent:10px;\">Das Grundprinzip dieser Systeme liegt darin, dass jeder Bearbeiter beim Abschluss seiner Aufgabe gewisse Informationen eingeben muss. Die Software sammelt diese Daten und kann sie per Mausklick in Form von Live-Berichten und Dashboards anzeigen.<\/p>\n\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"776\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cmwlab.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/robot-workflow-automation.png\" alt=\"workflow automation\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" style=\"float:right;margin:10px;\" \/>\n\n<p style=\"text-indent:10px;\">L\u00f6sungen mit integrierten\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmwlab.com\/de\/blog\/success-sooner-with-automated-workflows\/\">automatisierten Workflows<\/a> sind so genannte Issue Tracking Systeme, die meistens auf ausf\u00fchrbaren Workflows basieren. Sie bilden den jeweils vorgegebenen Arbeitsablauf ab, also die zu erledigenden Bearbeitungsschritte. Auf diese Weise werden alle Aufgaben nacheinander abgeschlossen, kontinuierlich und kontrolliert.
