Die Investitionsbereitschaft daf\u00fcr ist im Mittelstand hoch.<\/i>\r\n<br \/><br \/>\r\nRosenheim 07.Oktober 2014 &#8211; In der von mittelst\u00e4ndischen Strukturen gepr\u00e4gten deutschen Wirtschaft stellt die Kooperation mit Partnern eine wichtige Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Entwicklung komplexer Produkte dar. Interdisziplin\u00e4re Projektarbeit entwickelt sich damit zu einem zentralen Wettbewerbsfaktor. Wie weit Unternehmen aktuell daf\u00fcr ger\u00fcstet sind und welche Rolle neuere Ans\u00e4tze des kollaborativen Projektmangements spielen, hat das Kasseler Analystenhaus Techconsult in dem von Comindware in Auftrag gegebenen Market Paper, eruiert.<\/p>\r\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Standardl\u00f6sungen oft unzureichend f\u00fcr die Projektarbeit<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p align=\"justify\">Demnach fand das Market Paper <b>\u201eProjektmanagement im Mittelstand\u201c<\/b> heraus, dass hiesige Unternehmen als beliebteste Standard-L\u00f6sungen Microsoft Project (38 Prozent) und SAP (30 Prozent) einsetzen. Daneben kam bei der Befragung heraus, dass in 45 Prozent der Firmen Spezial- oder Branchenl\u00f6sungen verwendet werden. Viele der eingesetzten L\u00f6sungen weisen allerdings Defizite auf, wie an einer anderen Zahl deutlich wird: Ganze 53 Prozent der Anwender ben\u00f6tigen n\u00e4mlich f\u00fcr Steuerungs-, Dokumentations- und Berichtszwecke zus\u00e4tzlich noch Excel als Hilfsmittel. Als weitere Werkzeuge im Projektumfeld kommen typischerweise auch noch Groupware- oder Dokumentenmanagement-Anwendungen f\u00fcr die B\u00fcrokommunikation und die Teamarbeit dazu.<\/p>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<p align=\"justify\">Der Anteil der Mitarbeiter, die mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmwlab.com\/de\/blog\/professionelles-projektmanagement-wird-mobil\/\">Projektmanagementl\u00f6sungen <\/a>arbeiten, variiert mit der Unternehmensgr\u00f6\u00dfe. In kleinen bis mittleren Unternehmen (bis 199 Mitarbeiter) arbeiten mehr als 50 Prozent mit einer Projektmanagementl\u00f6sung. Bei 75 Prozent der gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mittelst\u00e4ndler liegt diese Quote bei 20 Prozent. Wenn es um die Steuerung und Koordination der Projekte geht, betreiben 43 Prozent ein eigenes Projektmanagement-Office. Das unterstreicht den hohen Stellenwert von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmwlab.com\/de\/project-management-software\/\">Projektmanagement-Software<\/a> in mittelst\u00e4ndischen Strukturen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Je kleiner desto kollaborativer<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p align=\"justify\">Interessante Erkenntnisse fanden die Analysten auch bez\u00fcglich der angewandten <a href=\"\/de\/blog\/project-management-solutions-adaptive-predictive\/\">Methoden beim Projektmanagement<\/a>. So setzen kleinere Unternehmen inzwischen verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig stark auf kollaborative Projektsteuerungsmodelle anstelle klassisch starrer. Bei unter 50 Mitarbeitern tun das 69 Prozent, bei 200 bis 499 Mitarbeitern sind es hingegen nur 52 Prozent. Das ist ein deutlicher Hinweis darauf, dass kleine Unternehmen st\u00e4rker auf schnellen Input von Fachkollegen angewiesen sind, um im Projekt weiterzukommen. In gr\u00f6\u00dferen Betrieben hingegen herrscht noch die Tendenz vor, dass klassische Hierarchiesysteme z\u00fcgige Abstimmungsprozesse blockieren.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Hohe Investitionsbereitschaft bei Collaboration und Projektmanagement<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p align=\"justify\">Zum Schluss skizzieren die Studienverfasser noch die Marktentwicklung f\u00fcr Softwarel\u00f6sungen im Umfeld Collaboration-, Projektmanagement. Bis 2016 wollen hier 42 Prozent der Mittelst\u00e4ndler weiter investieren. Deutlich zulegen hingegen werden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmwlab.com\/de\/platform\/team-network\/\">Collaboration-Produkte<\/a> mit einem j\u00e4hrlichen Zuwachs von 35 Prozent.
