People resist change for very good reasons - they distrust their bosses and are not treated as if they are valued and respected.

You talk of rolling out a software change. That evidences gross disrespect for your employees. You are satisfied doing this because everyone does not complain. What you don&#039;t apparently realize is that those who don&#039;t complain have decided not to rock the boat and just accept the fact that you disrespect them rather than show any displeasure because they know you won&#039;t change.
